HYSCALER requires candidates for the below mentioned profiles :-
– Software Developer
– Business Development Executive
They would require the profiles of the candidates to screen and shortlist the suitable ones.
The shortlisted candidates for the Software Developer position would undergo for the following process:-
HR Discussion, Technical Round & Offer.
Details for Software Developer:
The selected candidates would be offered a paid training for 6 months and the ones who qualify in the training program would get an offer for the position of a Junior Technical Programmer.
The stipend during the training would range from Rs.8k per month and the CTC for the Junior Technical Programmer would be 3LPA based on the performance of the candidate during the training period.

For BDE position, the shortlisted candidates would have the following process :-
HR Discussion, Generic Discussion & Offer.
Details for Business Development Executive :
The salary would be based on their interview process and their performance.
The stipend during the training would range from Rs.8k per month and the CTC for the Business Development profile would be 1.8LPA – 2.2LPA based on the performance of the candidate during the training period.
