IBM Coding is open to all placed/ unplaced students for Regular offers. Please note as our ongoing effort to transformation and virtual mode of hiring process, we have revamped and made changes to the graduate hiring program. This includes changes to the profiles along with the compensation and benefits.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Course Completion Year: 2026
• BE/ BTech in Computer Science/Information Science and Information Technology related branches with 6 CGPA/60%.
• No Active Backlog

Compensation:  INR 4.50 Lakh per annum + One time settling allowance of INR 25000

It’s a Mandate for the students to follow the above two steps to ensure their application is submitted for the process.

Please find the registration process steps below and cascade it to the students. Candidates must only use their personal email address and phone number for registration and refrain using their college email address for the same. Candidates failing to complete the registration within the mentioned timeline will not be considered for the process. The link will be open 14-Jan-26, 5 PM IST.

IMPORTANT:

1. Selection Criteria – All Stages are Elimination Rounds.
2. 1st Round of Coding Assessment will be held virtually, and we will confirm the dates shortly. Details regarding further rounds, including dates and location will be shared later.
3. Kindly read the eligibility criteria thoroughly. Please make sure candidates attend the event only if they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in the JD.
4. Candidates involved in any kind of malpractice will be debarred/blacklisted from taking IBM assessments/Interviews in the future.
5. Please note that IBM will not provide any travel and accommodation or allowance for attending placement process at any physical location. Candidates must arrange their own travel and accommodation.
6. Project deployment/joining location can be anywhere across PAN India. Hence, we expect the candidates to be flexible in terms of relocation across locations.
