- Recent passport size photograph
- Two Government issued photo Identity proofs (Aadhaar card [mandate ID] and PAN/Passport/Voter’s ID/Driving License) with complete Date of Birth mentioned (Name & Date of Birth should match with other supporting documents i.e., marksheets, etc)
- Original Class 10th & Class 12th marksheets (Diploma/PU)
- Original Graduation marksheets issued from University up to the latest completed semester. If not, please get the attested (Signed & Sealed) marksheets from college.

Associate System Engineer – Campus 2026
Eligibility Criteria :
- Course Completion Year: 2026
- BE/ BTech in Computer Science/Information Science and Information Technology related branches with 6 CGPA/60%.
- No Active Backlog
Compensation: INR 4.50 Lakh per annum + One time settling allowance of INR 25000
Registration Dates – 13-Nov-25(5PM) to 14-Nov-25 (5 PM IST)

- Selection Criteria – All Stages are Elimination Rounds.
- 1st Round of Coding Assessment will be held virtually and we will confirm the dates shortly. Details regarding further rounds, including dates and location will be shared later.
- Kindly read the eligibility criteria thoroughly. Please make sure candidates attend the event only if they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in the JD.
- Candidates involved in any kind of malpractice will be debarred/blacklisted from taking IBM assessments/Interviews in the future.
- Please note that IBM will not provide any travel and accommodation or allowance for attending placement process at any physical location. Candidates must arrange their own travel and accommodation.
- Project deployment/joining location can be anywhere across PAN India. Hence, we expect the candidates to be flexible in terms of relocation across locations.
