Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
* Proficiency in programming (preferably in Java, C++, Python, Node.js).
* Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle concepts.
* No active backlogs.
* This position is for entry-level Off-Campus hiring, and candidates must have obtained their degree before starting employment with IBM.
* Candidates should be from the 2025 batch.
* BE/BTech in Computer Science (all CS branches such as CSE, AIML, DS, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, CSBS, IOT, Robotics, AI, CyberSecurity, BlockChain, etc.) and Information Technology-related branches with a minimum of 6 CGPA/60%.
* Fluent communication skills (both written and spoken).

* Engineering background and problem-solving skills.
* Good interpersonal skills.
