• 60% aggregate – 10^th and 12^th & Graduation
• 65% aggregate – B. Tech or MCA
• Branch – Computer Science & IT

Compensation and Benefits

Position – Software Engineer Trainee – Duration- 9 Months

Monthly Stipend – 20,000 INR

Upon Confirmation – Software Engineer

Annual CTC: INR 3,75,000 INR 

Service Agreement: Upon Confirmation, candidates would be required to sign a service agreement for 24 months amounting 1 Lac INR.

Benefits over and above CTC:

1. 1. Group Personal Accident Insurance (GPA) coverage– For self that will be INR 10,00,000/- (Upon Regularization after 9 months)
   2. Group Mediclaim Insurance coverage – INR 300,000 for self, spouse & children up to two. (Upon Regularization after 9 months)
   3. Being a part of Infogain India’s Mediclaim policy, we facilitate voluntary coverage for parents’ premium borne by the individual.
   4. Leave entitlement post confirmation – 7 Public holidays + 3 Optional Holidays + 10 Casual Leaves + 15 Earned leaves. We also provide Paternity leave and Maternity leave (Upon Regularization after 9 months)

 Selection procedure:

Online Test

1. 1. Aptitude Test – 30 min – General aptitude questions include topics like Puzzles, Quantitative, Logical Reasoning, Attention to Details etc. 
   2. Technical Test – 30 min – Work programming language questions such as C, C++, DBMS, Testing, Java 
   3. English- 10 Mins – Questions on general English knowledge like Sentence correction and arrangement, Error Detection, One Word substitution etc.  
   4. Code Test – Any Language of choice: C, C++, Java, Python
   5. HR Round of Discussion
   6. Technical Round of Discussion
