We are looking to hire executives for the Business Development role, details of which are mentioned below:
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha with frequent travel to district locations within OdishaWe offer two types of positions:
- Business Development Intern – for students currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (2025 Batch)
- Business Development Executive – for students in the final semester or completed Graduation (2024 Batch)
Key Responsibility:
- Identify business opportunities and partnerships
- Manage and nurture client relationships
- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure client satisfaction
Personal Attributes:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in digital tools and mobile applications
- Willingness to travel with a team and independently according to the need
Benefits:
- Stipend compensation for Interns will be ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s experience and expertise. (Excluding travel and field expenses if traveling for work as necessary)
- Compensation package for the Executive will be ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month depending on the candidate’s experience and expertise. (Excluding travel and field expenses).
- On completion of the 3-month probation period, stipend/salary to be revised.
