Process-flow:

  1. Shortlisting of profiles from the campus on the criteria given
  2. Online Aptitude assessment
  3. Online psychometric assessment of shortlisted students in stage 2
  4. Video resume of students of shortlisted students in stage 3
  5. Video interviews (3 rounds) of students shortlisted in stage 4
  6. Internship offer

The first step in our recruitment process is a pre-screening assessment. Please click on the below assessment link which does a friendly check on your strengths.

Instruction for the online test:

  • Total Number of questions – 55.
  • Duration of the test – 60 minutes.
  • Click on the link given below to start the test.
  • Do not press the F5 or Refresh button during the test.
  • Kindly fill the registration form with your personal details.
  • Once you start the test, you cannot pause it in between.
  • In case of any power failure or internet connection issue, do not close the test window. Please wait for 30 minutes. If the power comes back within 30 minutes, your test will resume from the same point. The timer will also be at a halt.
  • If there is loss of power for more than 30 minutes, please call the technical support number mentioned at the bottom of your test window and ask them to resume the test.
  • Do NOT NAVIGATE AWAY FROM THE TEST WINDOW. It will be counted as a violation and will be informed to the LeadSquared team which will impact your candidature.

Job Title Interns – Sales Development
Executive Summary of the Position The role of the Interns in Sales Development is to do Tele-prospecting to generate sales ready leads and opportunities. He/She will also be responsible to nurture the leads to make them sales ready.

 

Tele-prospecting –       Tele-prospecting prospects in the assigned territory and focus area

–       Keeping good activity history and to-do task list in LeadSquared

–       Nurturing good relationship with prospects

Productivity improvement –       Tracking actual work done vs targets

–       Document issues hampering productivity

–       Follow the specified process defined by LeadSquared

Continual learning and improvement –       Make effort and improve customer knowledge, LeadSquared’ s business knowledge by self- learning, by participating in KYC sessions

–       Seek regular feedback from immediate Supervisor

Collaboration and communication –       Maintain a healthy and co-operative environment in the team

–       Disseminate learning across the team

–       Provide correct and update status information.

 

Job Responsibilities Tasks/Activities:

Skills, Knowledge and Personal Capabilities

 

Mandatory –       Excellent Communication skills (written and oral) with good Phone Etiquette

–       Flexibility, Teamwork, Target oriented

Preferred –       Comfortable with various search engines and IT directories

–       Experience in selling a software product

–       Tele-prospecting experience

 

Number of Positions: Around 20

Stipend: 20000(Take home is 18000)

PPO on successful completion of internship: 4.5L

Duration: 6 months

Job Location: Bengaluru

(After Internship, should be willing to work in Bangalore or Noida or Mumbai)

Qualification: Any UG OR Any PG (Any Stream or Branch)
