We are looking for candidates who are interested in doing an internship with our company. Given below are the requisite details of the internship program

 

Eligibility: 

·         Graduates (Any stream) – 1st, 2nd & Final Year students

·         Post Grad (Any stream) – Both 1st and 2nd year students

·         Must have access to a PC/Laptop with internet connection

·         Penchant to do acquisition of new customers by working through Bank Branches

·         Those who are Graduates/Post Graduates can also take this Internship program till the time they find good

 

Selection Process: 

o    The college will collect the resumes of interested students and share with BFSL.

o    Depending on the number of resumes, the BFSL may shortlist the profiles on the basis of academic score and any other relevant information.

o    The interviews will be conducted over video conferencing or locally available Mentors to select the Interns.

 

Duration: 30 days, 45 days or 60 days.

 

Internship Offer Letter: The letter will be issued centrally after receiving the final details.

 

Enablers:

o    Training of interns on products, processes, and other requisite details.

o    Mentoring support from BFSL to ensure success of the interns

o    Guidance from seniors during Intern’s discussions with Branch Heads and other stakeholders.

o    The intern would primarily be required to work physically in nearby BOB Branches.

 

Roles & Responsibilities of Interns: 

o    Acquisition of new customers by working physically from BOB Branches nearby.

o    Intern has to compulsorily visit BOB Branches.

o    Sourcing and Acquisition of Credit Cards for the organization

o    Understand the organization’s product and process for new client sourcing.

o    Able to demonstrate the product line and product feature to the potential customer and advise on the right product for selection for closure of deal

 

Completion: 

o    The interns will be required to submit a report approved by the mentor

o    The interns will be offered a completion certificate.

o    Rs.500/- incentive on each Approved Credit Card.
