What are we looking for?
We are looking for enthusiastic young talents who can start internship with us in the niche technology areas like (a) Salesforce (SFDC) (b) Data Engineering (c) DevOps (d) Full Stack Development
About Internship program:
Internship Period: The duration of your internship with RL is for a period of Five (5) months or until you submit your certified copy of your grade sheet and University provisional certificate for completion of your academic degree, whichever is earlier.
Stipend during Internship: You will be paid Rs. 8,000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand Only) per month as a stipend during the Internship period.
Work location: During the Internship, remote working is allowed from any location within India.
Full-time employment opportunity: On the completion of stipulated Internship period, the interns will be evaluated based on the performance and if they are found good, they will be automatically enrolled into Relevance Lab as ‘Software Engineer” at ‘L1’ level with a minimum assured compensation package of INR 4.5 lakhs per annum (at Bhubaneshwar RL office)& INR 5.5 lakhs per annum (at Bangalore/ Ahmedabad RL office). If not, the intern’s contract will be terminated. In reasonable conditions of applicability, there may be an extension to the same. Furthermore, the successful completion of Internship provides a guaranteed employment in the Organization.
Commitment: As the organization will be spending valuable resources (Time, efforts and money) in imparting training and grooming the intern, The Trainee shall be liable to serve a minimum period of Twenty-four months from the start of the internship after getting absorbed by the company.
The selection process will take place in the first week of March. The company will give more information on this after receiving the student details.

Selection Process:
01.03.2022 – 1.30pm – 2.30pm – PPT
01.03.2022 – 2.30 pm – 3.30 pm – Students screening on the basis if ID Proof Validation
01.03.2022 – 3.30pm – 4.30pm – Written Test (in offline mode)
Declaration of results
02.03.2022 – (Reporting time 8.15 am) – Technical & HR Interview
Information regarding the process:
- Written Test will include logical reasoning, analytical , communication and programming questions.
- Students are required to attend Technical & HR interviews in person.
- All students need to attach Institute attested Photo ID proof along with the answer sheet.
- Students should carry the original Photo ID with them for verification if the photocopy is not attested by the Institute.
- Participants to follow all COVID protocols as per the SOP.
