Mindfire Solutions is inviting applications from MBA – Final Semester Students to work with us as Interns (Inside Sales) for a 3-month period (January 2019 – April 2019).

Position: Interns – Inside Sales

Job Description:

• Fix Appointments, through B2B Outbound calling, with identified prospects across multiple geographies with special focus on North America
• Should do basic research on the background of the prospects before calling
• Should be able to handle initial customer interactions, understand needs, do first level pitches
• Generate qualified business leads/appointments on a consistent basis
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing for required synergy
• Follow-up with prospects based on need
• Develop new prospects through social media, networking, referrals
• Willingness to work in night-shifts ( US Timings )

Job Specification

• MBA – Any specialization
• Strong verbal and written skills in English
• Good listening skills to gather and comprehend customer requirements
• Excellent convincing and selling skills
• Self-driven and ability to work independently
• Ability to grasp IT concepts; background in IT NOT mandatory

Remuneration

• INR 16k per month during internship.
• INR 30k -35k per month gross salary after confirmation. Exact amount to be determined based on performance. CTC to include expenses for annual Medical and Term Insurance. Additional perks may or may not exist.

Note: Based on our need and performance of the individual we’ll be looking to extend job offers at the end of Internship program.
