NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Recruitment Drive (Offline/Online Mode)” by & for “JMAN Digital Services Private Limited” for the 2023 passing out batch.

Recruitment/Selection Process:
JMAN Digital Services Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above
Day 01:
Step 01:Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02:Online Technical & Aptitude Screening process (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination Round)
Day 02:
Step 03: Shortlisted candidates from Day 01 will undergo Online Coding Test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination Round)
Day 03:
Step 04:L1 online assessment shortlisted candidates will go through L2 online coding assessment conducted by the recruiting company officials / Elimination Round.
Day 04:
Step 05:Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Optional | Online Mode or F2F)
Step 06:Students who clear the assessments will have to appear for Technical F2F interview at their college/pooled campus (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 07:HR Round of Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)
Step 08:Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 09:Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
