Educational Qualification:
- For Position 01 & 02 (Software Engineer Trainee & Business Analyst): MCA & B.E. / B.Tech (CS/IT and allied streams, Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, ECE, EIE, ETC, EEE)
- For Position 03 (Business Development Associate Trainee): MBA / PGDBM or B.E./B.Tech (All/Any streams eligible if they are interested for the Business Development role).

Online Test (To be conducted by the NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Test Date: 17th February, 2026 (Tuesday)
Test Venue: Candidates can appear for the Test from their Respective Locations in PC/Laptop only (Mobile or Tablets not allowed)
Test Information:
- Test Type: MCQ
- No.of Questions: 90 (25 Aptitude + 25 English + 40 Technical)
- Test Duration: 100 Minutes

NextGen Ventures has been entrusted with the responsibility of organizing and coordinating an Recruitment Drive (Online/Offline Mode) on behalf of Keeves Technologies Private Limited, targeting select colleges in Odisha
Educational Qualification:
- For Position 01 & 02 (Software Engineer Trainee & Business Analyst): MCA & B.E. / B.Tech (CS/IT and allied streams, Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, ECE, EIE, ETC, EEE)
- For Position 03 (Business Development Associate Trainee): MBA / PGDBM or B.E./B.Tech (All/Any streams eligible if they are interested for the Business Development role).

Cut Off Criteria:
- 75% and above in Xth standard.
- 70% and above in XIIth standard.
- 65% and above in Engineering/Graduation &
- CGPA 7.2 & above in MCA or MBA.
- No Backlogs allowed at the time of appearing for the interview as well as at the time of joining.
Gender: Male/Female.

Selection Process :
Keeves Technologies Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Application/Resume level screening based on based on their CV’s, application inputs etc (Optional Elimination Round)
Step 03: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round):
- For Software Engineer Trainee & Business Analyst: Aptitude + Technical Test.
- For Business Development Associate Trainee: Aptitude & English Language Test + Basic Communication Round.
Shortlisted candidates from above have to attend further process as mentioned below:
Step 04: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F)
Step 05: Recruitment process consisting of the following (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination Round):
- For Software Engineer Trainee & Business Analyst: Technical Interview Rounds (1 or 2 levels).
- For Business Development Associate Trainee: Group Discussion / Communication Round.
Step 06: Final/HR Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)
Step 07: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 08: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
Step 09: On boarding.
