Roles and responsibility :

US IT Recruiter / OPT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter:

• Posting job in various job portals, University career portal  and social media.
• Sourcing candidate from various job portals and social media.
• Screening the candidate according to their IT skills .
• Negotiating the Salary and benefits .
• Counseling the candidates to enroll in for different programs.
• Preparing high end reports for the management .
• Help on immigration advice to the eligible candidates.
• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients( Java Developer, .Net Developer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, MSBI Developer, Power BI Developer , Networking Engineer, Business Analyst, Project Manager etc.)

HR Executive:

• Responsible for full-cycle internal hiring : interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Hiring Trainers for different IT skills .
• Creating Organizational policies.
• Scheduling the training session , grooming sessions with the candidate.
• Handling Employee relations and grievances.
• Leave and attendance policy.
• Negotiate the MSA terms with the vendor and clients.
• Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.

Remuneration and Facilities :

Package : Rs.1.80 LPA along with the below facilities.
