Roles and responsibility :
US IT Recruiter / OPT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter:
- Posting job in various job portals, University career portal and social media.
- Sourcing candidate from various job portals and social media.
- Screening the candidate according to their IT skills .
- Negotiating the Salary and benefits .
- Counseling the candidates to enroll in for different programs.
- Preparing high end reports for the management .
- Help on immigration advice to the eligible candidates.
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients( Java Developer, .Net Developer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, MSBI Developer, Power BI Developer , Networking Engineer, Business Analyst, Project Manager etc.)
HR Executive:
- Responsible for full-cycle internal hiring : interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Hiring Trainers for different IT skills .
- Creating Organizational policies.
- Scheduling the training session , grooming sessions with the candidate.
- Handling Employee relations and grievances.
- Leave and attendance policy.
- Negotiate the MSA terms with the vendor and clients.
- Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.
Remuneration and Facilities :
Package : Rs.1.80 LPA along with the below facilities.
