We are KROSS LIMITED – Established in the year 1994, Kross Limited is an acknowledged specialist in manufacturing forging components for the top OEMs and Tier 1 companies in India. We manufacture a wide range of high performance and safety critical components for the commercial vehicle, tractor and trailer axle industry. We have at present 5 functional units all based at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.We are in process of recruitment of Minimum 15 Candidates of B.TECH (Mechanical) and Diploma (Mechanical) students.Selected B-Tech (Mech.)Students will be absorbed as G.E.T with stipend of Rs.18,000/- Per month & Diploma(Mech.) students will be absorbed as D.E.T with stipend of Rs.15,000/- per month. And for MBA trainee’s candidates we can provide a stipend of Rs. 25,000/- per month, there’s requirement 5 MBA candidates (Marketing only)
Job description required for MBA Marketing:-
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate in Marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to travel extensively by two-wheeler and possess a valid two-wheeler license.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Also Mba candidates should complete a full time course.
After the successful completion of training (1 Year) G.E.Ts will be observed as Engineer with a CTC of 3.00 Lac / Annum & D.E.Ts will be observed as Jr.Engineer with a CTC of 2.5 Lac / Annum. Confirmation after training will be done based on their performance evaluation.
N.B. We can increase or decrease the requirement of candidates as per student calibre and organizational needs.
