Cut Off Criteria:
1. For branches ECE, CSE and Mechanical – 70% or above and without history of backlogs all through the academics (10th, Inter/Diploma & Engineer).
2. For branch EEE – 65% or above (BTech) and without history of backlogs and 70% or above all through the academics (10th, Inter/Diploma).

Recruitment/Selection Process:
Medha Servo Drives Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Application/Database level screening and shortlisting of eligible candidates matching the recruitment criteria (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Shortlisted candidates from above step, have to attend the further process as mentioned below:
Step 03: Medha Servo Drives Presentation (Online | YouTube Link with Guidance to be shared by recruiting company officials)
Step 04: Online written exam with Objective covering core subjects with negative marking. (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 05: Technical/HR Interviews Round 1 (To be conducted by company officials through video conference | Elimination Round)
Step 06: Technical/HR Interviews Round 2 (To be conducted by company officials through video conference | Elimination Round)
Step 07: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 08: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
Step 09: On boarding.
