Job Description: 
 
1) Role: Sales Development Executive – International Business 
2) Package – 
       A) CTC: 3.5 LPA (2.5 LPA Fixed + 1 Lac incentive) – For Engineers
       B) CTC: 5 LPA (3.5 LPA Fixed + 1.5 LPA incentive) – For MBA
3) Overview –
 We are currently seeking an energetic Sales Development Executive to expand our business in International Locations (SEA/ USA). SDE will be remotely selling to these enterprises over phone/ web/ video meetings. This position is an integral part of our sales machine. SDEs are a specialized group of individuals always “hunting” for highvalue opportunities. SDEs are focussed on the front end of the sales cycle. This individual must a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
4) Responsibilities:
A) Generate business opportunities to drive pipeline growth for net new business in target accounts.
B) Conduct high- level conversations with C- level and VP- level Executives to address business needs
C) Utilize a consistent contact attempt process to follow-up, nurture and qualify leads generated by sales and marketing campaigns
D) Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results using Salesforce and required sales tools
E) Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas as assigned by management
F) Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, industry trends and competition
G) Provide continuous feedback to ensure process and product optimization for sales, marketing and the Netcore organization
5) Required Qualifications:
A) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
B) Proven track record of exceeding high-volume sales targets and/or experience succeeding in a goal-driven environment
C) Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with enthusiasm to learn and pursue a career in technology sales
D) Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with excellent time management and organizational skills
E) Willingness to learn sales tools: Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other productivity tools
F) Excellent written and verbal communication skills

10th & 12th Marks: 60%

Process –
1) Online test on MyPerfectice platform – elimination round
2) One to one interaction with the shortlisted candidates – elimination round
3) Final Telephonic/Skype round with the final shortlisted candidates by company HR.
