It is our pleasure to inform you that Infosys will be conducting a recruitment drive to hire MBA graduates. 

We are looking for MBA graduates from any B-school with 0-5 years relevant experience in Finance (Corp Finance/ Cost Accounting/ Accounting), Supply Chain (Order Management/ Procurement/ Supply Chain Planning/ Transportation & Logistics), or Human Resources domain (Comp & Ben, Payrolling, Recruitment, OD).

The candidate must possess strong communication skills, good business process knowledge, consistently good academic performance. Knowledge of any enterprise ERP application will be an added advantage.

Roles on offer:

Associate Business Analyst : 0-1 years’ experience post MBA

Associate Consultant: 1 – 3 years’ relevant experience post MBA

Senior Associate Consultant : 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience post MBA

The eligibility criteria to apply for this program have been shared below.

1. MBA graduates from an AICTE or UGC-approved college are eligible to apply.
2. Candidates must have 0-5 years of relevant experience.
3. Candidates should not have participated in the Infosys Limited and/or Infosys Group Company (such as – Infosys BPM) selection process in the last 6 months.
