Our College will be hosting the recruitment process for RDC Concrete on 31st May 2022(reporting time will be notified shortly). The deadline for registration is  23rd May 2022, 10 AM (Monday) 

RDC Concrete will be conducting the Campus Placement Drive for Graduate, Diploma Engineer Trainees, and Management Trainees. The criterion for the candidates who will be appearing for the Campus Drive will be as follows:

For Graduate and Diploma Engineer Trainees (both male & female) – Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical the percentage criteria are above 65%(only in current degree) and the Date of Birth for Graduate Engineer Trainees should not be earlier than 1^st July 1999 and for Diploma Engineer Trainees it should not be earlier than 1^st July 2002.

For Management Trainees (both male & female) – Sales the percentage criteria is above 65%(only in current degree) and the Date of Birth for Management Trainees should not be earlier than 1^st July 1999.

A Monthly Stipend of Rs – 23000/- + Retention Bonus of Rs – 5000/– (The entire Retention Bonus of Rs-60000 will be paid after completion of one year) for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET).

A Monthly Stipend of Rs – 23000/- + Retention Bonus of Rs – 5000/– (The entire Retention Bonus of Rs-60000 will be paid after completion of one year) for Management  Trainees (MT).

A Monthly Stipend of Rs – 18000/- + Retention Bonus of Rs – 3000/- (The entire Retention Bonus of Rs – 36000/- will be paid after completion of one year) for the Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET).

Those BE candidates who do not get selected as Graduate Engineer Trainees, can opt for our alternative scheme of Trainee Engineer who will be paid Rs – 18000/- + Accommodation(Only for Mumbai location).

NOTE: The selected candidates will undergo one-year training on a Monthly stipend, paid in full without deductions.  After successful completion and review, the candidates will be absorbed in different profiles.
