FOR MBA:

 

On-Campus placement drive for 2019-2020 MBA students.  Below are our criteria for selection.

 

• The candidate must be fluent in both spoken and written English, including Business writing skills. The candidate must have the gift of gab.

 

• The candidate must have secured a minimum of 50 percent in the 10th and 12th exams.

 

• The candidate must have a minimum CGPA of 6.5 till the 6th Semester.

 

• The candidate must have good analytical and reasoning skills.

 

• The candidate must have a good understanding of Sales, Marketing and Business.

 

• The candidate must be well versed with different techniques of business such as models of processes and structures, user interface prototypes, use cases.

 

The Selection Process:

 

First Round– Students will be shortlisted based on an online examination which will have English, aptitude, reasoning and business-related questions.

 

Second Round- Powerpoint Presentation. The topic would be given a couple of days in advance.

 

Third Round- Group Discussion (GD) round.

 

All the above three rounds are mandatory for all the registered students appearing for the campus drive.

 

Final Round- Only shortlisted candidates from the above rounds will sit for Personal interview round.

 

 

Pay Package & Benefits –

 

 

• We would be offering an annual pay package of Rs.230000/-(INR Two Lakhs and Thirty Thousand) per annum inclusive of Performance variable pay of Rs.50000/-.

 

 

 

• The candidate selected will be on probation for a period of 6 months in the organization, wherein he/she will be paid Rs.10000/-per month.

 

• Employees are given complimentary Breakfast and beverages at office premises.

 

P.S- The selected candidates have to complete a 3 months unpaid internship before the joining. The selected candidate has to sign a bank guarantee of Rs.50000/- valid for a year from the date of Joining of Employment.

What is Bank Guarantee –

A Bank guarantee is a promise from a bank that the liabilities of a debtor (in this case you) will be met in the event that you fail to fulfill your contractual obligations. The amount is always in the name of the candidate and remains safe with the bank. Whatever interest is accrued during the period also gets credited back to the candidate’s account. Hence you get more than what you have deposited. A bank guarantee is not a bond.

 

Why do we need a Bank Guarantee –

 

There is a lot of effort and money that is spent by the organization to bring you to the level of industry standards. The entire process of selection through a campus drive is equally painful. In past we have had experiences where people have left after joining the organization. Hence we have decided to have a bank guarantee.

 

Ajatus Panel– A team of 4-6 members comprising of members from the management and Business team leads will form the selection panel. The final selection is at the discretion of the panel set by Ajatus and will be purely based on performance and merit.

 

FOR B.Tech & MCA:

On-Campus placement drive for 2019-2020 B. Tech & MCA students. Below are our criteria for selection

 

• The candidate must be fluent in both spoken and written English.

 

• The candidate must have secured a minimum of 60 percent in the 10th and 12th exams.

 

• The candidate must have a minimum CGPA of 6.5 till the 6th Semester.

 

• The candidate must have good analytical and reasoning skills.

 

• The candidate must be good in C & C++.

 

The Selection Process:

 

First Round– Students will be shortlisted based on a written/online examination which will have aptitude, reasoning and programming questions. It will also have a short essay.

 

Second Round- Only shortlisted candidates from the first round will sit for Personal interview round.

 

Pay Package & Benefits –

 

• We would be offering an annual pay package of Rs.200000/- per annum.

 

• The candidate selected will be on probation for a period of 6 months in the organization, wherein he/she will be paid Rs.10000/-per month.

 

• The selected employee has to serve three months of internship before the start of employment.

 

• Employees are given complimentary Breakfast and beverages at office premises.

 

 

P.S- The candidate must start with the internship within 15 days of his/her selection. The selected candidate has to sign a bank guarantee of Rs.50000/- valid for a year from the date of Joining.
