CSM Technologies, Bhubaneswar (http://www.csmpl.com/) is going to conduct an on campus recruitment drive at Trident, Bhubaneswar for B.Tech./MCA students. The details of drive are given below.

Recruitment Date & Process :

• Initial rounds of Written Test are to be conducted at your organization.
• Our panel will visit the Campus for the Personal interview of shortlisted students.
• The shortlisted students selected in the PI will visit CSM HQ for final round of Interview-cum-Presentation.

Designation :

• Project Intern

[Traineeship of 12 months]

Candidate Profile :

• Minimum qualification should be B.Tech / MCA.
• Candidates with B.Tech in CS/IT background are more preferred.
• Career should be first class throughout.
• Should have excellent communication skill in English & very good interpersonal skill.
• Candidate should be smart with pleasant personality.

Compensation :

• Rs 1.2 lakh per annum (Depends solely on the skill, credential & performance of the candidate).
• After successful completion of training, Salary will be 1.8 lakh per annum.

Job Profile :

• Programming in various technologies like .Net / Java / PHP / Mobile Application
• Receiving reports on errors and problems as experienced by clients concerning software
• Assisting in the interpretation of customer reports and documentation of these reports
• Assisting in the development of software test scenarios
• Assisting in the implementation of software tests
• Assisting in the investigation of client needs, requirements and specifications for software development
• Preparation of reports on software development

Recruitment Process :

• Initial round of Written Test are to be conducted at your college after presentation by our Panel.
• Question set will be with our Panel on the same date.
• Please coordinate for taking the photo-copy of the question set, which is to be distributed among students for written test.
• Questions will be based on Operating System, Data structure, C, C++, HTML, DBMS.
• Questions will be objective & having multiple options.
• Duration will be 1 hour & total Marks will be 50.
• There is no Negative marking.

Selected Students will join after their 8^th Semester i.e. in June 2017.
