Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design mechanical equipment based on requirements.
- Prepare specifications, evaluate components, and validate designs.
- Lead design reviews and ensure performance accuracy.
- Conduct basic engineering calculations and apply scientific principles.

- Electrical / PLC Design Engineer (GET)
Qualification: B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics)
CTC: ₹2 – ₹2.5 LPA (based on interview performance)
Post-training: Increment based on performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and test PLC programs, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Handle client communication and on-site programming.
- Work in cross-functional teams and manage automation projects.
- Procure and integrate industrial components like sensors and PLCs.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of logic gates, transistors, relays, and automation technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and adapt to new technologies.
- Mechanical Production Engineer (GET)
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical) with min. 50% throughout academics
CTC: ₹2 – ₹2.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise assembly of machines and ensure production quality.
- Maintain 5S practices and coordinate with the purchase team.
- Lead installation projects after training.
- Operate and monitor machines like Lathe, Milling, Plasma Cutting, Drilling, etc.
Key Skills:
Strong communication, leadership ability, and willingness to travel to PAN India.
