Dear Students,
Tata Power has entered into a Joint Venture with Odisha Govt. for Distribution Business in the areas spread across the regions under TPCODL, TPWODL, TPNODL, and TPSODL. All four Distribution Companies have laid out an ambitious plan to improve reliability of power supply, enhance customer services and implement cutting-edge technology in these areas. To meet the business requirements, Tata Power plans to recruit fresh B.Tech Graduates from colleges for 2023 pass-out batch.

It is important to mention that the below mentioned process of Campus recruitment shall be followed;
- Receipt of eligible students’ details as per the JD
- Respective Distribution Companies shall share the confirmation of the list of eligible students to the colleges for further process, which is as below;

- Online Assessment – Domain and Aptitude to be conducted by our Assessment partner M/s Aon Consulting Private Limited (“Aon”)
- Personal Interviews (Online/Physical)- In case of Online, it will be through Microsoft Teams
- Pre-Employment Medical Test

- Issue of “Offer Letter” on final selections.
All selected students will undergo pre-employment medical test, which will be duly certified by our Company’s Medical Officer (MO); and the final offer will be issued to the selected students on having them found medically fit by our Medical Officer and clearing the final year eligibility criteria.
Online test will be conducted shortly, Date for the same shall be communicated to you and to all the eligible students separately.

Dear All,
The online tests (Aptitude and Domain tests) has been scheduled for all candidates on 28-10-2022 from 11 AM. The candidates shall be receiving online test mail which shall contain the test link from AoN our online test partner on 27-10-2022 evening. The link shall remain valid for 24 hours and candidates can give the online tests any time within the 24 hours.
Pls make sure that you have proper internet connection and access to camera while appearing for the online test.
