Timing: 2.30 pm – 4.00 pm
Venue: Candidates can appear for the day – 01 process from respective location

NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Recruitment Drive (Online/Offline Mode)” by & for “Orbittal Electromech Engineering Projects Private Limited”

Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech

Stream or branch or specialization: Electrical (EE/EEE), Electronics(EnTc/ETC/ECE), Mechanical

Batch / Year of passing out: 2025

Cut Off Criteria: Not applicable

Gender: Male/Female. Male preferred.

Joining: The selected candidates have to join at Pune office by Jan’25. Leaves will be provided during final exams based on prior intimation and approval.

Recruitment/Selection Process:

Orbittal Electromech Engineering Projects Private Limited will follow the following selection procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Application level screening (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures/Company officials | Optional Elimination Round – Based on number of applicants)

Step 03: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional Elimination Round – Based on number of applicants)

Shortlisted candidates from the above will have to attend the further process as mentioned below:

Step 04: Personal Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Telephonic / Online Mode / F2F | Elimination round)

Step 05: HR & Final Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Telephonic / Online Mode / F2F | Elimination round)

Step 06: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.

Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.

Step 08: On boarding.
