Job Profile

Job of Customer Service Associate involves communicating with customers through different mediums (Email, Chat and Phone) by utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast paced environment.
Skills: Amazon is looking for candidates with:

Ø  Excellent communication (written and verbal)

Ø  Comprehension and problem solving skills

Ø  Familiarity with MS-Office, Internet Explorer

Ø  Good typing skills.

Ø  Willing to work in a 24*7 environment

Note: CS are Permanent Full Time Employment roles 

Interview Process

Ø  Personal Introduction Round

Ø  Online Written Versant Test

Ø  Voice Versant Test (Conducted Over a telephone)

Ø  Operations Manager Round  

Note: All rounds are elimination rounds

Compensation

Rs. 1,79,000 to 2,07,000 (CTC depending on the Skill being hired for voice, email, chat).

Additional Benefits

Ø  Transport Allowance for Day Shift – 18000 (I.e. 1500 per month)

Ø  Night Shift Allowance – 115 per night shift
