At Pooled Campus Venue:
Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by Nicco Ventures Limited (NVL).
Step 02: Preliminary Screening Process consisting of Aptitude Written Test to be conducted by NVL/company officials. (Objective | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Preliminary Screening Process consisting of Communication Round to be conducted by NVL/company officials. (F2F | Elimination Round)
Step 04: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (Optional/To be conducted by company officials)
Step 05: Group Discussion (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 06: Personal Interview (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 07: Creativity Round (To be conducted by company officials | Optional – Elimination Round)
Step 08: HR Round/Final Discussion (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 09: Declaration of final selected candidates list
Step 10: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
