NICCO VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Recruitment Drive” by & for “BlueBell Ergonomics Private Limited” for the 2018 passing out batch Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production) candidates from your region.

Recruitment/Selection Process:
The Recruitment Process will be as follow:
Venue: Will be informed in due time
BlueBell Ergonomics will follow the following “Selection Procedure” while recruiting the candidates:
Day 01: 6th March, 2018 (Tuesday)
Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by Nicco Ventures Limited (NVL).
Step 02: Preliminary Screening Process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Written Test to be conducted by NVL. (Objective | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Group Discussion/Communication Round (To be conducted by NVL | Optional – Elimination Round)
Shortlisted candidates from Day 01, have to attend the process in Day 02.
Day 02: 7th March, 2018 (Wednesday)
Step 04: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)
Step 05: Personal/Technical Interview (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 06: Declaration of final selected candidates list
Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
