NICCO VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Recruitment Drive” by & for “BSCPL Infrastructure Limited” for the 2018 passing out batch B.E./B.Tech (Civil) candidates from your region.

In this regard, we would like to invite participation of eligible candidates from your esteemed & reputed institution.
Recruitment/Selection Process:
BSCPL Infrastructure Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Pre-Event Activities:
Step 01: All eligible candidates have to apply online in a specified format* within a specified date. | Process to be coordinated by Nicco Ventures Limited (NVL).
Step 02: After the specified date, NVL will compile the submitted database/applications.
Step 03: The compiled database will be submitted to BSCPL Infrastructure Limited by NVL in suggested format.
Step 04: Preliminary Database Screening | BSCPL Infrastructure Limited will do database screening of candidates and publish the list of candidates whom they are interested to check further.
Step 05: NVL will issue hall-tickets and invite those screened candidates for the pooled campus event.

Step 06: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates from Nicco Ventures Limited (NVL).
Step 07: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (By BSCPL Infrastructure Limited)
Step 08: Technical Written Test (To be conducted by BSCPL Infrastructure Limited | Elimination Round)
Step 09: Technical Interview (To be conducted by BSCPL Infrastructure Limited | F2F | Elimination Round)
Step 10: HR Interview (To be conducted by BSCPL Infrastructure Limited | F2F | Elimination Round)
Step 11: Declaration of final selected candidates list by BSCPL Infrastructure Limited.
Step 12: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
BSCPL Infrastructure Limited will select candidates based on the following selection matrix:
