NICCO VENTURES is organizing & coordinating a “Recruitment Drive (Pooled)” by & for “L&W Construction Private Limited” for the 2016 passing out batch ENGINEERING candidates. Interested Mechnical/Electrical students should register themselves using the registration form given below by 2PM of 2nd May 2016.
Recruitment/Selection Process:
The Recruitment Process will be as follow:
Date: 4th & 5th May ‘2016 (Wed & Thu)
Venue: We will inform in due time.
The company will follow the following “Selection Procedure” while recruiting the candidates:
Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by Nicco Ventures Limited.
Step 02: Preliminary Screening Process consisting of Test (Both Offline & Online)
Step 03: Group Discussion (Optional/Elimination Round)
Step 04: Technical & HR Interview.(Via Skype)
Step 05: The final results declaration & offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
