NICCO VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Recruitment Drive (Pooled)” by & for “Mahindra First Choice Services Ltd.” for the 2016 passing out batch ENGINEERING or MBA candidates from your region.

Recruitment/Selection Process:
The Recruitment Process will be as follow:
Date: 4th June ‘2016 (Saturday).
Venue: Will be informed in due time.
The company will follow the following “Selection Procedure” while recruiting the candidates:
Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by NVL at Pooled campus venue.
Step 02: Preliminary Screening Process consisting of Aptitude Test to be conducted by NVL. (Elimination Round)
Step 03: Company Presentation & Q&A Session to be conducted by MFCS.
Step 04: Group Discussion/Communication Round to be conducted by MFCS. (Elimination Round/Optional)
Step 05: Personal Interview to be conducted by MFCS. (Face-2-face or Skype / Elimination Round)
Step 06: The final results declaration & offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
