ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Education : Graduation –
B.Tech / B.E 2016 batch freshers (CS / IT / ECE/EI/IC/AE/EEE).
Consistent 60% throughout the academic (Aggregate 60% for 10th, Plus Two and Btech)

EXCELLENT English written communication skills is a must; Positive Attitude, multitasking capability & should be a Team player.
24/7 company hence should be willing to work in rotational shifts
Skill set:
Operating Systems, Computer Networking, Working Knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows & troubleshooting highly Preferable but not compulsory. Freshers’ Scale – 2.11 LPA CTC (Around 13000 in hand)
1 year Scale – starts at 2.71 LPA CTC (Around 18000 in hand)
2 plus year Experience Scale – Negotiable

CTC is inclusive of 24/7 food, medical insurance.
Accomodation & Transportation is provided at Rs.1300 a month.
Conditions :
a) 6 months agreement with company stating you will be here for six months.
How this is done?
A cheque equivalent to 6 months salary is taken from salary account opened for you. This cheque will be returned to you on completion of six months. If you need to leave anytime before this six months, the cheque will be encashed. This is done to ensure that there is some ROI to all our effort and investment in recruiting, hiring & training you if you decide to leave before six months completion.
b) Submission of Original 10th,12th and engineering certificates to be kept with company till the time that you remain an employee of ours.
c) Working in two week rotating shifts, 6 days a week.
d) 13 Casual Leaves, 8 Sick Leaves, 4 Public Holidays in a year. Paid vacation of 1.5 days a month accumulates from your completion of probation period of six months.
