This is to inform you that SMERA Ratings Ltd. will be conducting a Pooled Campus Recruitment Drive for 2016 Graduating B.Tech (All Branches) Students at KIIT University very shortly (tentatively in the 1st week of May’2016).
Eligibility Criteria : No Backlogs
Profile Offered : Assistant Manager/ BDO-SME
CTC : Range upto Rs. 3.00 Lakhs Per Annum
Process : Written/Online Test
: Group Discussion & Interview
Linguistic Proficiency : English, Hindi & Knowledge of Local
Language will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibility :
Ø New Client Acquisition.
Ø Maintaining relationship with industrial association, financial advisors and Government association for data collection.
Ø Mapping industries and mid corporate for cluster development.
Ø Building relationship with banks for lead generation.
Ø Lead generation, fixing meetings with CXOs/Decision Makers.
Ø Presenting and pitching the services to be offered.
Ø Acquiring new clients.
Ø Meeting revenue targets.
Knowledge/Skills/Attitude :
Ø Excellent Communication skills.
Ø Ability to engage and influence CXOs/ Decision Makers.
Ø Excellent relationship management/building skills.
Ø Knowledge of rating products (desired).
Ø Ability to persevere through long gestation period for sales closure.
