NICCO VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Recruitment Drive” by & for “Summit Technodyne Private Limited” for the 2017 passing out batch ENGINEERING candidates from your region.

Recruitment/Selection Process:
The Recruitment Process will be as follow:
Date: 21st & 23rd January 2017
Venue: We will inform in due time.
Summit Technodyne Private Limited will follow the following “Selection Procedure” while recruiting the candidates
Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by Nicco Ventures Limited (NVL).
Step 02: Preliminary Screening Process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Written Test to be conducted by NVL. (Objective | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)
Step 04: Group Discussion (To be conducted by company officials | Optional – Elimination Round)
Step 05: Personal Interview – Technical & HR (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 06: Declaration of final selected candidates list
Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
Revised Cutoff: 60% & above in B.E/B.Tech only [with no active backlog]
