Campus placement drive for 2017-2018B.Tech, MCA and M.tech students.
Job Description:
- Ajatus is looking for a developer to work on our Open Source ERP project, set up and evaluate versioning/build/test infrastructure, and squash a few bugs.
- Over the training period, we’ll be experimenting with new platforms and new features across several of our products, and you’ll be the person responsible for trying to build our craziest ideas.
- We’re looking for a lion of a developer with a perfectionist streak who likes finding bugs, fixing them, and wants to figure out great solutions that save lots of time.
- You will need to be a jackofalltrades developer who enjoys learning new technologies very quickly. We’ve got some ideas about what prototypes to build, but you’ll have input into that as well.You must have a taste of JavaScript/HTML5/JQuery along with PHP.
- You’ll be deeply embedded into an early stage startup, so you’ll be spending time helping us figure out how to grow the business and doing the other stuff that comes with being part of a startup as well.
Below are our criteria for selection
- The candidate must be fluent in both spoken and written English .
- The candidate must have secured a minimum of 60 percent in 10th and 12th exams.
- The candidate must have a minimum CGPA of 6.5 till 6th Semester.
- The candidate must have good analytical and reasoning skills. • The candidate must be good in C & C++.
The Process of Selection
- First Round: Students will be shortlisted basing on online examination which will have aptitude, reasoning,english and programming questions.The test duration would be of 45 mins.
- Second Round: Only shortlisted candidates from the first round will sit for the group discussion.
- Third Round: The selected candidates will proceed to interview rounds which will have a technical and HR round.
Pay Package & Benefits –
We would be offering an annual pay package of 1.44 lakhs per annum CTC variable pay. Employees after completion of probation are eligible for EPF, and Group Health Insurance covering them and their families. Employees are given complementary snacks and beverages at office premises.
