Eligibility Criteria:
Ø 70% marks in 10th/12th/B.Tech. till 7th Semester (or CGPA equivalent of 70% marks)
Ø Branches – IT/Computer Science, Electronics (ECE), Electrical (EEE), Mechanical
Online Test Details
The written test will be conducted by Aspiring Minds (AMCAT). AMCAT test is of 90 minute duration. The different sections covered are the following:
Ø English Comprehension ( Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension)
Ø Quantitative Ability ( Basic Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering Mathematics)
Ø Logical Ability (Inductive Reasoning, Deductive Reasoning, Abductive Reasoning)
Ø Subject Knowledge (Engineering Branch)
There is a minimum score that the candidate has to get for each of the above sections if he/she is to qualify (similar to CAT).
- Since the written test will be by Aspiring Minds, students appearing for IBS should practice through the AMCAT test scheduled in our campus on 22/9/2016.
- If any top 5 student of each eligible branch is having a back paper as of now, he/she may immediately contact Mr. Sumanta Sahoo at the server room, ground floor, block-2. Similarly if any student is marginally missing the CGPA eligibility, he/she may also contact.
