The company will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Day 01: 7th December, 2017 (Wednesday)

At Pooled Campus Venue: Will be informed in due time.

Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates from Nicco Ventures Limited (NVL).

Step 02: Online Screening Process consisting of Aptitude + Technical to be conducted by the company – Executed by NVL (Objective | Elimination Round)

Step 03: Group Discussion/Communication Round (To be conducted by NVL | Optional – Elimination Round)

Day 02: 8th December, 2017 (Friday)

At Pooled Campus Venue: Will be informed in due time.

Step 04: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)

Step 05: Technical & HR Interview (To be conducted by company officials (F2F | Elimination Round)

Step 06: Declaration of final selected candidates list

Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
