Job Location: Coimbatore/Bangalore (The candidate would be expected to work in either of these locations based on business requirements)

CTC: 5 LPA (4 LPA Fixed + 1 Lakh Retention Bonus) The retention would be paid out in 2 installments. INR 50,000 at the end of the first year (from the date of full-time employment) and INR 50,000 at the end of the second year.

Eligibility Criteria: B Tech(CSE,CST,ETC,EEE) MCA 2023 YOP

1) Online Test

2) Task submission (2 task would be given)

3) Technical Interview round

4) HR interview

1. Excellent communication skills – written and oral

2. Willingness to work alongside the team in USA (work hours may vary accordingly – a max of 3 – 4 hours in sync)

3. Fundamental programming knowledge

4. Good problem solving and analytical skills

5. Willingness to learn

Good to have: beginner to intermediate knowledge of SQL

Training Period: 7 Weeks for SQL developer and 10 Weeks for Dot Net developer

The candidates would be considered a trainee during the training period and will be paid a total stipend of INR 15,000 for SQL developer and Dot Net developer upon successful completion of the training period and all the associated milestones/projects/assessments.

The total stipend of INR 15,000 would be paid out in parts upon completion of certain milestones during the training program for both roles.

Note: There is a service agreement for 2 years. In case the candidates leave the company before completing the period then they would be expected to repay the Retention Bonus component.
