Recruitment/Selection Process:
Raster Engineers Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Day 01: 2nd Dec’ 19 (Mon)
At Pooled Campus Venue: Trident Group of Institutions.
Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by NextGen Recruitment Ventures Limited (NextGen Ventures)
Step 02: Preliminary Screening process consisting of Aptitude Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Group Discussion/Verbal Communication Round (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional Elimination Round)
Shortlisted candidates from Day 01, will have to attend the process on Day 02.
Day 02: 3rd Dec’ 19 (Tue)
At Pooled Campus Venue: ABIT, Cuttack
Step 04: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)
Step 05: AutoCAD Test (To be conducted by company officials | F2F | Elimination Round)
Step 06: Written Test (To be conducted by company officials | F2F | Elimination Round)
Step 07: Technical Round (To be conducted by company officials | F2F | Elimination Round)
Step 08: Communication Skills Face-off Round (To be conducted by company officials | F2F | Elimination Round)
Step 09: Managerial Round (To be conducted by company officials | F2F or Skype | Elimination Round)
Step 10: Declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 11: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
