Eligibility Criteria:

For candidates appearing for the Campus Drive, the following criteria apply:

1. Graduate Engineer Trainees (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical):
   • Minimum 65% aggregate.
   • Date of Birth not earlier than 1st July 2002.
2. Diploma Engineer Trainees (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical):
   • Minimum 65% aggregate.
   • Date of Birth not earlier than 1st July 2005.
3. Management Trainees – Sales:
   • Minimum 65% aggregate.
   • Date of Birth not earlier than 1st July 2001.

Compensation Details:

1. Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET):
   • Monthly Stipend: Rs 30,000/-
   • Retention Bonus: Rs 1 Lakh (paid after 1 year Completing Training Period ).
2. Management Trainees (MT) – Sales:
   • Monthly Stipend: Rs 30,000/-
   • Retention Bonus: Rs 1 Lakh ( paid after 1 year Completing Training Period  ).
3. Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET):
   • Monthly Stipend: Rs 23,000/-
   • Retention Bonus: Rs 75,000/- ( paid after 1 year Completing Training Period).

The selected candidates will undergo a one-year training period, with the stipend paid in full without deductions. Upon successful completion and review, they will be absorbed into various profiles.
