The selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-month training program covering multiple technologies before being deployed as Jr. Programmers.

Upon completion of the probation period, successful candidates will be entitled to a highly competitive compensation package, including benefits such as EPF, ESI, annual retention bonus, monthly performance incentives, health insurance, and subsidized accommodation and food.

The CTC for Jr. Programmers will be between Rs. 2.2 and 3 lakhs per annum. It is worth noting that this compensation package is subject to revision based on the performance of individual Jr. Programmers, which means that exceptional performers can expect to enjoy even greater rewards.

Eligibility: BCA, MCA, B.Tech (Any Branch), or BSc. in CS/IT-related streams, as well as any graduates who have completed at least 3 months in IT programming language
