We (Windmöller & Hölscher India) are a 100% subsidiary company of Windmöller & Hölscher, a world market leader in flexible packaging machinery manufacturing based at Germany since 1869.  As a company with global activities, we see ourselves as a partner and system provider offering its customers everything from the single source: from expert advice and engineering to the delivery of high-quality machines and complete packaging production facilities. Windmöller & Hölscher having a turnover of approx. € 850 million and holding close to 1700 patents and having equipment in operation in more than 130 countries and at more than 5,000 customer plants.

Windmöller & Hölscher India Pvt. Ltd. is based in Delhi since last 23 years and has highly trained and specialized Engineers along with sales, marketing, spare parts, parts identification, IT services and IDC set up. For the forsaid profile of electrical service engineer, i would add that service engineers get exposure to travel worldwide for equipment installations, troubleshooting, and customer training or attend service tasks in hand. They are a part of our 300 strong international service team that works worldwide and of our 24-hour IDC (Information and Diagnostic Centre) phone service. We have extensive training mechanisms where a candidate is sent to Germany for a tentative period of 3 months or more for basic and advanced training on our equipment and the onsite training is given with experienced service engineers along with different PLC, Drive or other technical training when required.

6. The candidates selected and interested to join must enter into a service bond with the company for a period of five years.  This is not seen as a problem because of the excellent working conditions available to the employees and handsome daily allowances given during traveling to execute projects in addition to the fixed salary.

Drive will start with a presentation for students followed by an online test and then group discussion and personal interview, in the end, the final round of interview will be conducted in our Delhi office, its date of commencement will be informed during the drive.
