NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Recruitment Drive (Online Mode)” by & for “rtCamp Solutions Private Limited”.

Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT & other allied branches), M.E./M.Tech. (IT & CS branches)

Batch / Year of passing out: 2025 passing out batches.

Cut Off Criteria: Not applicable.

Gender: Both Male & Female candidates can apply.

Recruitment/Selection Process:

rtCamp Solutions Private Limited will follow the following selection procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Preliminary Application level screening (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)

Step 03: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)

 

Shortlisted candidates from the above have to attend further process as mentioned below:

Step 04: Shortlisted candidates have to go to the company’s Student Registration Link (which will be provided later) and fill up the application form (GitHub registration/profile required to apply).

 

Please note: Once students have registered using their GitHub profile, they will be required to submit an application for the position.

 

Step 05: Shortlisting for interviews will be based on overall academics and company’s internal assessment of the student’s responses in the application form. (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round | The process will take 20-45 days, since each application will be thoroughly evaluated)

Step 06: Technical Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round). Interviews of the shortlisted candidates will be conducted over Zoom, and students will receive the interview schedule on their registered email directly (or communicated over their registered WhatsApp number). Company will take the interviews on their own directly coordinating with the candidates at their given time and slots. The completion of interview process will be time consuming and will take 45-60 days of time subsequently.

Step 07: HR & Final Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round | Company will coordinate with the candidates directly with the schedule)

Step 08: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list. Selected candidates will be informed directly by the company officials.

Step 09: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.

Step 10: On boarding.
