ET Campus Stars is India’s biggest hunt for bright engineering students. Each edition of ETCS has identified and encouraged bright engineers that will drive India’s growth. ET Campus Stars is an initiative of EconomicTimes.com, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Times Internet Limited.

 

For 2020 & 2021 Graduating B.Tech(All Branches) Students

The Economic Times (Digital) is going to conduct the Third Edition of ET Campus Stars (ETCS) – India’s largest program that identifies and rewards the brightest engineering minds in the country with BridgeLabz Solutions as the Employability Partner, Enrizon as the Study Abroad Partner, Wheebox as the Assessment Partner, Bennett University as the Knowledge Partner and SmartBridgeIoT as the Outreach Partner, ETCS 3.0 invites registration from the 3rd and 4th year engineering students.

ABOUT ET CAMPUS CODING STARS POWERED BY BRIDGELABZ

“ET Campus Coding Stars powered by BridgeLabz” is a talent assessment program devised to hunt for the most talented coding minds in India. The contest involves an MCQ formatted test that would evaluate the coding proficiency of the participants. Candidates would require around 15 minutes completing the test.

BENEFITS

Participants who clear the test would be provided job placement assistance by BridgeLabz and the brightest coding minds will make it to the coveted list of “ET Campus Coding Stars powered by BridgeLabz”.

HOW TO ACE IT?

To prepare for the test, participants can begin with solving the most common programming exercises and further practice the basic elements of coding that are part of their curriculum. Participants are also advised to brush up their knowledge on subjects such as Data Structures & Algorithms (i.e. sorting, searching, etc.).

Your performance in ET Campus Coding Stars will only determine whether you qualify to be in our list of the brightest coding minds in India or not and it is an individual test acting as an incentive for your benefit. Your performance in this test will have no bearing on your ETCS journey.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

ET Campus Stars is India’s biggest hunt for brightest engineering students. Each edition of ETCS has identified and encouraged bright engineers that will drive India’s growth.

The program structure comprises a rigorous 4-phase process that evaluates each candidate across 25 assessment parameters that include the following.

  • Functional knowledge and application
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Strategic and innovative thinking
  • Cognitive behavior
  • Personality

A combination of online and on-ground assessment tools culminating with face-to-face interactions with the eminent Jury will decide the list of bright talent that qualifies to the coveted list of ET Campus Stars 2019.

 

PHASE 01

Phase 1 Assessment

All participants that register for ET Campus Stars are assessed on business communication, critical thinking, learning agility, inter-personal skills and coding acumen through rigorous online assessments.

PHASE 02

Critical Thinking Test

Shortlisted candidates will be assessed online on systematic thinking, analysis and ability to arrive at conclusions that are impartial, well informed and objective.

  • Shortlisted candidates will move to Phase 3

 

PHASE 03

Group Exercise and Leadership Competency Index Test

The shortlisted participants shall undergo a group exercise that will evaluate them on their communication and interpersonal skills along with group dynamics and leadership skills. The assessment will be conducted on-ground at pre-decided venues by The Economic Times Digital.

PHASE 04

Meet the Jury

Candidates shortlisted to Phase 4 of ET Campus Stars will have a one-on-one interaction with a member of the Jury who will review the candidate’s scores across each phase of the program and basis the interview select the candidate for India’s most coveted list of bright engineering students, ET Campus Stars.
