Position:  Trainee (Human Resources)

1. Qualification:
   1. MBA with good academics (candidates with good % throughout the career shall be given preference.
   2. Excellent communication both verbal & written
2. Job Highlight:
   1. Overall Human resources management of SPARC including Recruitment, Training, Performance Appraisal, Events, Employee engagement, General Administration
3. Annual CTC:
   1. 80 lakhs (20% to be released on successful completion)
   2. Up to 20% hike shall be considered on completion of probation period depending on probationary performance
4. Probation period: 12 mths
5. Selection Process: Academic performance + Aptitude Test + GD + PI
6. Exit restrictions: 2yrs + 3 months’ notice

Position: Field Manager (Trainee)

1. Qualification:
   1. Tech. (Civil) with good academics (candidates with good % throughout the career shall be given preference.
   2. Excellent communication both verbal & written

3. Job Highlight:
   1. Field management including Survey , Client interaction, liasioning, Project coordination & mapping
   2. Frequent travels & long distance stays at client location are mandate.
4. AnnualCTC:
   1. Up to 1.80 lakhs (20% to be released on successful completion) plus other field allowance as per company norms.
   2. Up to 20% hike shall be considered on completion of probation perioddepending on probationary performance
