Job Description

Inside Sales Executive

  • Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service. Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
  • Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
  • Processing customers’ purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.
  • Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
  • Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
  • Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
  • Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers for Outside Sales Representatives.

Finance Executive

  • Maintain accounts on a daily basis.
  • Handle vendor payments and customer collections in a timely manner.
  • Create and send invoices to customers as needed.
  • Prepare data for TDS and TCS returns.
  • Conduct monthly GST filing.
  • Perform monthly PF and ESI filings.
  • Manage TDS and TCS payments on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare data for yearly statutory audits.

HR Executive 

  • File documents, answer phone calls, and update databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and make job offers.
  • Help new employees set up their accounts and provide information about the company.
  • Develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and evaluate training programs.
  • Resolve employee conflicts, investigate complaints, and enforce company policies.
  • Help employees enroll in benefits plans, answer questions, and process claims .
  • Ensure the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Enter payroll data, review and terminate inactive employees, and generate work IDs.
  • Write employee communications and correspondence about HR policy updates.
  • Participate in career days and company social and networking events.

Operation Executive

  • Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Tech, Support).
  • Handle client onboarding, documentation, and process execution.
  • Monitor service delivery and ensure timelines are met.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain MIS data .
  • Assist in process improvement and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Address operational issues and escalate when required.
  • Support management in planning and execution of operational tasks

  1. Inside Sales Executive

Qualification: MBA (Sales / Marketing Specialization Preferred)

CTC Range: ₹2.20 – ₹2.60 LPA

  1. Operations Executive

Qualification: MBA (Any Specialization Preferred)

CTC Range: ₹2.00 – ₹2.40 LPA

  1. Accounts Executive

Qualification: MBA Finance( Commerce Background Preferred)

CTC Range: ₹1.80 – ₹2.10 LPA

  1. HR Executive

Qualification: MBA HR Specialization Only

CTC Range: ₹1.60 – ₹1.90 LPA

  • Other benefits as per company policy*These salaries we are offering students for 6months. After 6months from joining , we will revise the salary looking into their performance.
