NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Recruitment Drive (Online/Offline Mode)” by & for “Rudder Analytics Private Limited”
Please refer to the attached file for complete details about the Joint Recruitment Drive.
Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech.
Stream or branch or specialization: CS/IT allied stream, Data Science.
Batch / Year of passing out: 2025 passing out batch.
Cut Off Criteria: Minimum 75% till last semester.
Gender: Male & Female both can apply
Recruitment/Selection Process:
Rudder Analytics Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Application level screening ((To be conducted by NextGen Ventures/Company officials | Elimination Round)
Shortlisted candidates have to attend further process in Online Mode (but the process will happen in any pooled campus venue on a given date later):
Step 03: MCQ (Aptitude & Technical) | Duration: 90 minutes (To be conducted by company officials / Coordinated by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Step 04: Programming test for shortlisted candidates | Duration: 90 minutes (To be conducted by company officials / Coordinated by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Step 05: Group Discussion and Personal interview for shortlisted candidates (To be conducted by company officials / Coordinated by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Please Note: All rounds are video proctored. Any slightest attempt to copy results in immediate disqualification. Candidate’s chances of getting selected is much higher if they follow the process honestly, even highly meritorious candidates will lose their chance immediately if they adopt any dishonest practice.
Step 06: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
Step 08: Offered candidates have to attend/complete the free/no-cost training program before joining. Successful completion of this training program is a prerequisite for joining the company. Any negligence or failure to comply with the program’s guidelines could result in the cancellation of the offer.
