The Position shall be ‘Executive Trainee’ in Sales profile. JD for the said positions is as below.
1. Executive Trainee in Retail Agency Channel
a. Recruitment of Life Mitras (Insurance Agents)
b. Training and developing them for passing the III exam
c. Liaising, Training & development of IAs for generation of new business.
d. Daily activity planning, generation of fresh leads and allied activities.
e. Generating New Business from Market.
f. Follow up with the customers for issuance, renewals, repeat sales and servicing.
2. Executive trainee in Bancassurance Channel
a. Handling a cluster of 8-9 branches of SBI
b. Liaising, training and developing CIFs through SBI
c. Regular branch visits, Lead generation and allied activities.
Location of Posting – Anywhere in Odisha on joining.
Compensation – Rs. 4 Lakhs p.a. + COLA (as applicable) + Long Term Retention Bonus #
# Long Term Retention Bonus of Rs. 1,50,000 will be disbursed to ET’s recruited for Batch 2025 as under:
i. Rs. 50,000 will be credited with the salary after 6 months from the date of joining.
ii. Rs. 50,000 will be credited with the salary after 18 months from the date of joining.
iii. Rs. 50,000 will be credited with the salary after 30 months from the date of joining.
Note: The entire amount of Long-Term Retention Bonus disbursed will be recovered from the employee in case of resignation within 3 years from the date of joining.
