Compensation: Rs. 4 Lakhs p.a. + COLA (as applicable) + Long Term Retention Bonus ^#

# Long Term Retention Bonus of Rs. 1,50,000 will be paid in three instalments for Batch 2026 as under:

1. Rs. 50,000 will be credited with the salary after 12 months from the date of joining (only after confirmation)
2. Rs. 50,000 will be credited with the salary after 24 months from the date of joining.
3. Rs. 50,000 will be credited with the salary after 36 months from the date of joining.

        Note: The entire amount of Long-Term Retention Bonus disbursed will be recovered from the employee in case of resignation within 3 years from the date of joining.
