Job Title: Trainee Engineer – Civil

Job Summary

The Trainee Engineer – Civil will assist the site engineering team in execution, supervision, quality control, and documentation of civil construction works. This role is ideal for fresh civil engineering graduates seeking hands-on site experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in execution and supervision of civil works such as RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and concreting
• Support senior engineers in checking drawings, layouts, and site measurements
• Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and site registers
• Assist in quantity measurement, basic billing, and BOQ verification
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and vendors at site
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety norms
• Help in quality checks and material inspections
• Maintain site documentation, approvals, and drawings

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil , Mech & EEE

Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read civil drawings
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
• Willingness to learn and work on site
