NextGen Ventures has been entrusted with the responsibility of organizing and coordinating an Recruitment Drive (Online Mode) on behalf of Synnova Gears & Transmissions Private Limited, targeting select colleges in Odisha
Note: Candidates who are interested & ready to work as Production Associate (Machine Operator) and relocate to Rajkot, Gujarat should only apply.
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Production & Electrical (EE/EEE), Electronics (ECE/ETC/EIE/AEIE), Instrumentation (IE/ICE) Engineering.
Batch / Year of passing out: 2026 passing out batch
Cut Off Criteria: Not applicable
Minimum Criteria of age: Must have completed 18 years
Gender: Male candidates only.

Selection Process :
Synnova Gears & Transmissions Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Optional)
Step 04: Technical Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)
Step 05: HR & Final Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)
Step 06: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
