Dear Students, 

Tata Elxsi is back with Season 3 of TELIPORT for brightest minds in technology, design, and innovation to take on a challenge that lets you share bold ideas, solve real problems, and show what you can do on a big stage. It’s your chance to compete with sharp talents, demonstrate your skills, win huge cash prizes, secure PPOs/PPIs, and get a chance to meet the senior leadership team of Tata Elxsi. If you’re driven by curiosity, creativity, and the desire to build something meaningful, this is the perfect opportunity to step forward and make your mark.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Tata Elxsi TELIPORT Season 3 is open to all the Engineering Colleges in India
• Open to Pre-Final and Final Year Engineering students graduating in 2026 & 2027
• Students pursuing B.Tech, M.Tech, or Integrated Dual Degree courses are eligible for Tata Elxsi TELIPORT Season 3
• Participants can compete in teams of 2-3 members
• Team members must be from the same college
• Cross-College teams are not permitted
• Cross-Year teams are allowed, as well as Cross-specialization and Cross-course teams

Competition Structure:

Round 1: Idea Submission Round

• Teams must follow the 1-slide PDF submission format and select one of the provided problem statements.
• You must develop a solution based on the selected problem statement only & submit accordingly.
• Assessors and jury members will evaluate the submissions, and top entries from this round will be shortlisted for the detailed submission round.
• Upon submission, your idea shall become the exclusive property of Tata Elxsi.

Round 2: Detailed Submission

• Shortlisted teams from Round 1 will be required to submit a 10-slide PowerPoint presentation detailing their solution.
• Top teams with the best solutions will finally be selected as the National Finalist Teams, who will move to the Grand Finale.

Round 3: Grand Finale

• Shortlisted teams will be invited to Grand Finale, where they will present their final submissions to a panel of Senior Leaders.
• Teams will compete to be crowned the Winners of TELIPORT Season 3 – Script your future!

Submission Guidelines

• Any other supporting Excel sheets, details, etc. will need to be attached in the annexures.
• Submissions can be uploaded only in .ppt/.pptx/.pdf format. Please ensure that the file size is less than 5 MB.
• Only the Team Leader would be able to make the submissions. Please submit your files in this naming convention only: Leader’s First Name_Team Name_Institute Name
• Team leader can change their submissions by clicking on Submission and then Change Submission, any time before the submission deadline.
• Please make your submissions well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute hassles.

Rewards & Recognition

• Grand Finale winners will be awarded with a cash prize of INR 2 lac
• 1st Runner-up will be awarded with a cash prize of INR 1.5 lac
• 2nd Runner-up will be awarded with a cash prize of INR 1 lac
• National Finalist teams will receive goodies worth INR 50,000
• National Finalists will get PPOs, while other teams selected in Round 2 (and making Round 2 submissions) will have PPI opportunities

Terms and Conditions

Participants are required to go through the following Terms & Conditions before registering for the event:

• All decisions in matters of eligibility, authenticity & final judgments will be with Tata Elxsi.
• The format, structure & timelines of events are subject to change before the actual beginning of the event or during the event.
• If a team fails to submit an entry before the timeline, Tata Elxsi holds the right to disqualify the team from the competition.
• PPOs/ PPIs shall be extended strictly within the domain corresponding to the problem statement undertaken by the candidate in the competition.
